The Spotted Trout Bar will be a vibrant place to gather with a s trong sense of community in a comfortable environment. Introducing a South Texas Ice- House. The influence is a union of vintage Texas and contemporary coastal sights, sounds, textures and flavors in League City, TX. Both food and beverage menus will feature bold flavors with simple procedures, providing appropriate offerings for the entire family

The “Modern Barn” design and South Texas feel of the Spotted Trout will consist of stained concrete, contrasting woods, tarnished metals with accents of colorful Spanish tiles.

A miscellany of lights, misting fans, outdoor fires and indigenous Texas landscaping will hold you in a familiar state of mind. Applying a minimalist approach to the concept, the service, design and product will flow seamlessly together to lend an unforgettable experience.

The Spotted Trout will be an approachable bar with 30 regional Texas beers on tap, along with American and Mexican staples. Mixed beverages will be simple orders, Jack and Coke & Tito’s with Soda. Margarita’s and Paloma’s are the signature drinks rocks or frozen, which leaves room for a clever wine & sangria list. The food will complement the drinks with a flawless cheese burger, smoked quartered chicken, gulf shrimp jambalaya & fresh salads to name a few.
