Atticus Real Estate, a Dallas-based firm specializing in commercial, residential and management services announced today the rebranding of its company logo and launch of a new website, addition of key team members, an expanded office space in Dallas, and a newly acquired office building in Maitland, Florida.
The new Atticus website, which is ahead of the tech curve, was designed to enhance client experience and make the site more accessible for new and existing clients. The logo was created to represent the modern identity of Atticus and its focus on innovation and the future.
Atticus Real Estate is headquartered in Dallas and shares office space with Humphreys & Partners Architects in their corporate headquarters. Due to growth, Atticus Real Estate and Humphreys & Partners have expanded to three floors of the four story building. The new office suites received complete renovations, which included new offices, flooring, furniture, break rooms, conference rooms and reception areas. Atticus Real Estate plans to continue renovations to the office space beginning in early January.

Atticus’ most recently acquired office building in Maitland, Florida just completed a renovation on both the interior and exterior of the building. Renovations included new flooring, ceiling tiles and lighting, fresh paint, and fully remodeled men’s and women’s restrooms. Humphreys & Partners relocated their Florida office into 5,000 square feet of the newly renovated building, and longtime tenant Edward Jones remains a tenant.
